The hosts were very nice and helpful. Both hosts we talked to readily provided advice on what to visit in Nice and nearby, where to eat etc, in addition to accomodation-related issues. The room was nice and cosy, very clean. I recommend with no hesitation.

Kohde on siis iso suurperheen kerrostalo koti, jonka huoneet on muutettu majoitustilaksi. Yksin matkustajalle todella turvallinen vaihtoehto, koska Neko asunnon pitäjä asuu myös asunnon yhdessä huoneessa ja on valmis auttamaan. Ihana huone, loistavilla näkyvillä ja kahdella ranskalaisella parvekkeella, jolloin sain läpivedon yöksi. Sijainti on mainio, asunto on keskeisellä pakalla, mutta alakerrassa ei ole baaria tai ruokapaikkaa, joten öisin on hiljaista. Neko on ihana vanhempi rouvai (älkää kääntäkö hänelle mitä vanhempi tarkoittaa pliis, saan viellä porttikiellon enkä pääse yöpymään uudestaan). Tarjolla on teetä, kahvia ja hyvää seuraa. Vaikka ulos kirjautuminen olisi klo 11 hänen puolesta voi istua juomassa teetä kittiössä, kunnes on aika lähteä, kunhan annat hänen ottaa lakanat jo pesuun. .

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartament with extensive equipment, friendly and helpful host! Easy way to get in, full instructions included also a video how to get the key and how to open the doors. Nice and easy going host who is responding very quickly. You can also find towels and basically all the bathroom/kitchen/daily use accessories, as well snacks and coffee on site :) Definetly recommend this place!

it’s one of the amazing apartment in Nice. the best view in front of the sea. clean. highly recommended. even I arrived late at 1 am and still they receive me. if you want to enjoy Nice. take it.

We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.
