Incredibly helpful people at the hotel! Location is a few minutes away from the old town and very convenient if you are staying at Chania. Rooms were also nice and air conditioned. There is a municipality car park you can use if you let the hotel know for a minimal fee.

Starting with the first day, when we met Andreas at the reception, a very kind and true person, with a will to help and to ensure that the hotel's guests are enjoying their vacation. Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. We felt at home immediately with the kindest host Dimitra. She helped us with any question we had. Such a sweet person. Best host I ever met. The apartment is really great ! Sea view ! Many thanks to Lola, who cleaned the room every day. Just fantastic ! Practical with the kitchen. A grocery store just around the corner. Within a few minutes you are in the city centre. Many good addresses to have lunch and dinner. Ethos Suite is a great, safe place within a busy, lively city ! Chania is just gorgeous 🤩

The apartment had all the facilities needed, spacious and cosy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect if you’re planning to explore Crete with a car, apartments are close to main roads with not too much traffic.
