The suites are so well done, very new and the site has been beautifully landscaped. The interiors are smart, good quality and clean. We had a loft suite and it was a great size, lovely view. Anna, George and Panos were so lovely and helpful. There was a few items left in the kitchen to help us e.g. butter, honey, coffee. Daily cleaning was a treat. Lots of thoughtful touches. The suites are a 15 mins walk from the beach and the beach side restaurants. An easy walk and there are closer restaurants and cafes too. It's a great spot to explore the rest of Sithonia.

The Kseynasa Suite is an amazing place. We spend a perfect 10 days there. The room is nice, super clean (as was cleaned every day) and having all you need in order to have a trouble free vacation. The owner and staff was there every minute in order to make our stay nice and pleasant. The place is located in a quiet place in 8-10 min walk from the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city center (touristic city center). There are almost no neighbor houses around and the place is surrounded by gardens with olive trees. As place is located not close to the beach it is peacefully quite there (this is my preference). If you are lazy :) or not in the mood for a sea you can stay at the pool with the crystal clear water, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Room have small kitchen with fridge, stove, cookware, nespresso machine and kettle - so you can have you morning coffee or tea and cook in case you prefer homemade food. As supermarket just in 3 minutes walk from the property it is super easy and affordable. The WiFi is dual band (2.4Hz + 5Hz) with the fast internet access. And as TV in room is brand new, it is super easy to cast Youtube or other media from you phone directly to the TV. I am very thankful to Xenia and to all personal for this exceptional stay. And I am definitely will recommend this place to all my friends if they decide to travel to Nikiti.

Dekorasyon çok şirindi. Merkeze çok yakın ama huzurlu ve sessiz bir ortam yaratılmış. Oda tertemizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok konforlu idi.

The location is very central, very close to the beach & shops (walking distance). The staff is very friendly, gives lots of local recommendations. The rooms are very nicely decorated, quite new, very clean. Has coffee machine in the room. Has sufficient parking space. Has a nice small garden. Konumu çok merkezi, plaja & cafelere / dükkanlara çok yakın (1-2 sokak). Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü, yerele dair bir sürü öneride bulunuyorlar. Odalar çok güzel dekore edilmiş, çok temiz. Odada kahve makinesi var. Yeterli otoparkı var. Küçük bir bahçesi var.

Tesis çok temiz ve bir çok ayrıntıyı düşünmüşler. Mutfak yeterli,kapsül kahve ve bal bile var. Modern çizgiler ile dekore edilmiş ve kullanışlı bir daire beğendik. Çok sessiz kafa dinlemek için ideal.
