The owner was so lovely! There was a free washing machine and dryer which was so handy. The place was in such a beautiful spot, we were upgraded to a bigger room with mountain view. Loved it here :)

Marten was the perfect host, immediately offered something to drink after our long trip. Lounge and breakfast room were great (as was breakfast itself :D) - the breakfast room had big windows everywhere with view to the sea, mountains and the beautiful northern lights <3 Our room and bath were very sweet and comfy Very welcoming and warm atmosphere

I don't know where to put the feedback but the villa is very comfortable, perfectly equipped, in a unique and wonderful location, as if it were a postcard. We felt at home. nearby there are supermarkets and typical and fantastic restaurants and cafes. a magical place that reconciles you with the world and makes you thank Mother Nature more and more because she allows us to live on this earth. grundarfiordur is on a peninsula that encompasses all of Iceland and its beauties, its immensity, its power which is the power of Mother Nature and the Universe. And what about the Northern Lights? we stayed 5 nights for 5 nights the Aurora Borealis graced us with its presence. The emotion you feel in feeling surrounded by such great magic is indescribable. We visited many places in 5 days and upon returning home to Grundarfiordur OceanFront welcomed us in a relaxing atmosphere of quiet and peace. Thank you. Heartily recommended Consuelo Bergamo Italy
