The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

It was absolutely amazing place to stay! I think we liked everything: - room is clean and comfortable, with air conditioning - breakfast was amazing: tasty and big choice of food options - terrace is great: with view and direct beach access - sea is also very clean and beach is not overcrowded Our point is 11 out of 10, definitely worth every euro we paid 😀. I became ill in Italy, cut my trip short, made a last-minute reservation at Barbara's B&B. Ended up spending four nights in bed. She made my stay as comfortable as possible, including getting some medication from the pharmacy for me. I will be forever grateful.

+ We rested here with a family with 2 children. Just an amazing place for a quiet, secluded vacation. The apartment is very clean, very stylish and cozy, there is a feeling as if you came home or to friends. There are a lot of dishes and kitchen utensils. In the evening, you can cook dinner on the grill. There is a lot of space outside the house. Beautiful cozy garden. The sea , if you walk for about 15 minutes. Store min 10. I would like to thank the owner of the apartment separately. Very hospitable!He met us personally and was always in touch with us, helped us resolve issues with the transfer. I have the best impressions! I would love to come back again!
