Ideal farm location surrounded by nature! The beach is a 15-minute walk, but it can be done faster by bicycle, which is included in the price. Everyone is welcome here, especially four-legged friends; we were with a cat! The room is bright, clean and cozy, colorful. There are places for cars under a canopy. I got the impression that I had come to people whom I had known all my life. It was so emotional. And it was very sad to leave. We are grateful to Paola for the welcome and will be happy to come again! Hello from Steven!😉

The outside space was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, and was well needed after a crazy few days in Roma. The widows throughout the house were lovely, and the house it's self was so pretty and homey. The washing machine was extremely helpful. Being able to access the bikes to get into town was fantastic and such a nice way to get to the beach. And we loved willy!!!;

I enjoyed the spa and the hot tub. The rooms were nice and included a small kitchen. The room was comfy and clean. I loved that they had actual hairdryers and not those fake hotel hair dryers.

Awesome, rarely experienced such cordial hosts! As for the facility: This is the perfect place to relax if you are looking for peace and quiet. Spacious, clean apartment with small cute garden outside the door. The best way to stay here is by car/motorcycle, so it's a stone's throw to Grosseto.
