The property is 2 mins walk from the beach but at the quieter end of the main street. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The place is a very chilled family atmosphere run by the host, Billie, who was a top guy and looks out for his guests. He'll sort out anything you need and runs safaris every other day. Unfortunately we didn't get to do one with him which was a regret.

The property is very homely, the room is big and very clean. The staff is the best, always helpful and smiling. Nisha has made us feel at home, we had an amazing time! The breakfast is great, it changes everyday. The location is 10 minutes walk from the centre but you have restaurants and bars all around. If you surf, main point is 10 minutes by tuk tuk or you have another spot called the wedge just in front of the guest house. It is great to be outside of the crowd of the main road as you can’t hear noises and have a great sleep.

The place has a very homey vibe, practical room designs and good spots for yoga / relax. Kitchen has blender which is a must with all ths fruits around! Owner is very resonable and onest and very tidy, kept the place very clean for the whole time. It's also the best quality / price ration you can find in Abay! Thnak you and see you again next season!

This property was located close to town and all the restaurants as well as the most wonderful little swim beach! Kevin was an incredible host and the rooms were large and clean! As we traveled out of season breakfast wasn’t provided, but we were able to use the kitchen to make ourselves meals. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice and comfortable place with super hosts who were ready to help us with everything. It is very private and close to the beach. Plenty of things to do around there.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the room was basic but had everything I needed. Mosquito net worked very well and the bathroom/shower was spacious. I was greeted with a smile every time and Murshith was super friendly and really enjoyed getting to know you. He also helped arrange a surf lesson for me last minute and it was one of my favorite activities I did in Arugam Bay. Extremely close to the beach, just 1-2 minute walk and very close to restaurants and all the action at night.

We loved our stay at Starfish Cabanas, Tari and his team made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast food was delicious. Tari accompanied us throughout our stay with useful tips for our trip to Arugam Bay. Very well located, close to the beach. The setting and garden were very pleasant. Thank you very much!

We loved staying at the Jungle House! The room and the bathroom were very clean and beds were made almost every day. Bins were also emptied. The guesthouse has a very nice and aesthetic vibe and Laura is an amazing host! She was always happy to help us with questions and recommendations for the area. She also sells big (18 L) bottles of water for a good price (800 LKR) which was very convenient! The Jungle House is about 200m away from the main road, thus a little more quiet, but you can still walk everywhere. The room also came with a little kitchenette and kettle on the balcony and a fridge in the room. After having done extensive research on where to stay in ABay, we can confidently say that we found the best place! The cute cats living on the property are the cherry on the cake!

Mushi and Mufa do everything to make their guests happy. The rooms are locatet in 2nd row to the beach. Quiet place. Now parties close. I wanted to stay 4 nights an at least it were 8. They also have a kitchen you can use. If you Wmwant to do a crocodile or lagoon safari, need a driver or rent a bike, the both Guys arrange everything for you for a fair price. I took surfing lessons, which Sufi. They also arranged it for me. The bathrooms are basic, but they know. And as soon as they saved some money, they will upgrade them. I was very happy to find this place.
