I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. These people are so kind! I ate my dinner there twice and the seafood Manu serves is great! The location is short distance from the beach. Silent beach is close by and walkable, but I rented a scooter. Shower is cold, but clean, just like the whole room. AC works perfect.

Amazing place - the best I found in Sri Lanka ! Just a super cool unique experience. We got lucky and got upgraded to the treehouse and the views and experience of walking along the wooden handmade walkways was super cool. The food was good and the eating area was very unique and right on the beach. It rained a bit but having the elevated room made up for it.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sun Ray beach house. The host greeted us with welcome drink tea/coffee of your choise as a welcome drink. The room was well cooled and the A/C was working perfectly fine during the whole stay. The room itself was simple, but it was clean and spacious. The rooms are on the beach, it is two steps between sandy beach and the room, so you can listed to waves all the time. The breakfast were really good, you can choose the western or local style. It is only four room hotel, so hosts really take care of you and help you with anything you need and are super friendly. We really enjoyed talking and getting to know them, it was very pleasant stay for us, much recommended.
