Great price for an excellent room with fantastic view (greatest point of the place). All considering that I didn´t find Perast to be particularly cheap in accommodation or eating services (that is why is great that this plce has a kitche available). This place was amazing I sadly booked for just one night, thinking I would then go to stay in Kotor and when I decided to stay longer, it was all booked (not surprising, this plce is amazing). I just liked Perast so much is a beautifull quite place. The owners of the place were gentle and spoke fluently English. My advice: Stay for more than one night in Perast and in this hostel, you can stay here and visit Kotor (crowded, louder) during one day with a short bus trip for 1.5 euros

Possibly one of the best locations in Perast. Fantastic room, with a great shower and very comfortable bed. The views over the bay as the village wakes up in the morning and then settles down for the night are stunning. We are light sleepers but no issues with noise. Great breakfast in the morning, right at the waters edge. Brother of the owner does boat trips on the bay. I would highly recommend, he was very entertaining, knowledgeable and lover telling us about the bay and its history.

The view is amazing, and apartment is well equiped, there is everything you need. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Host is great, can give you tips about restaurants and places to visit. Would recommend to everyone, and also would come again for sure.

Fantastic location and hospitality. Cozy and decorated with handful ornaments and art pieces. Both the room and restroom were so clean and hygienic. Also, from this place it is very easy to reach Budva, Kotor, Herceg Novi and many other towns. Parking space is fairly close to the facility. Would go there again to spend more time to hear stories of beautiful couple! Thank you!

We loved the place! The kitchen and the bathroom were both shared with other guests but they were both fully equipped and perfectly clean. The place was spottles and the view was breathtaking. Perfect for a couple!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista Zmukić. If you want to enjoy the most beautiful view at Perast bay and you want to stay directly in the unesco world heritage site, you will find it here. The terrace is stunning ❤️! You will have a wonderful view at the two islands. The family is very hospitable and you instantly feel at home. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. Perast has everything you need: local restaurants, a small supermarket and beautiful places to swim. Boat trips to the Islands and Stand up paddle board rentals are available. We totally recommend this place and we will definitely come back! 😊😍

Everything was amazing! The hosting lady was super nice,kind and supportive, helped us a lot with all of the transportation arrangements. This accommodation was our favorite in the whole Balkan trip. Location was great, right next to the clock tower. Even if it was small, still super cozy and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials,and even more! than we needed. Everything was in white and purple shades.
