It was really a pleasure for us to get back to Villa Yburg every day after our visits in the touristic, busy downtown. Our bed was huge and comfortable, our bathroom was dreamlike (and also huge), we simply loved the place - and also the warm welcome by Floris. The place has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxed, close to nature, but with very good public transport to the city center (by tram). We also discovered that there is a direct bus connection (66) to the Johan Cruyff ArenA which we appreciated as we visited a concert there.

The place is new, very welcoming and comfortable. The area is still under construction. It was nice to see a new area of the city coming to life. It's not central, but well connected with transport. Hosts are very kind and helpful with information.

The location is very quiet and it is beautiful being on the water. The accommodation inside is really light and spacious (the sky lights are terrific), and it feels so luxurious to have a private sauna just off the bathroom. The breakfast provided in the room was very generous and lovely, and our hosts did everything they could to ensure we were happy there. Even providing eye masks to make sure we could sleep when the light floods in!

The property is very sophisticated and was perfect for our 4 nights stay. Joni and Daan are always available and ready to help. The studio is located in a calm and wonderful neighbourhood (a walk in the nearby narrow streets by the church opposite the studio is highly recommended), and is well connected to the main parts of Amsterdam city. The apartment is well equipped with basic amenities and we had various other requests that were not part of the deal, but Joni and Daan went out of their way to get it done so we have a smooth stay there. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our 16-night stay in this unique bridge house. The views through the windows are impeccable and the space is really huge. There’s a supermarket in walking distance, we almost bought groceries and cooked everyday in the fully equipped kitchen. The online service was really helpful and nice, Sluis Haveneiland is indeed one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Прекрасно все! В первую очередь хозяева. Невероятно милые и внимательные. Расположение очень удобное, трамвай в центр города ходит каждые 10 минут, до остановки 3 минуты. Рядом магазины, кафе. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, кровати удобные.
