The room was very clean. The personnel are very friendly and are there all the time. The location is nice! For breakfast you will get fried eggs, ham & cheese, jam and bread, and coffee. Also free fruits are made available.

spotlessly clean, modern, kitchen is fully equipped and the apparent is in great location. it looks even better in person than on the photos. 100% would book again if I cane back to Lima.

Everything, the room was really nice, the entire place is fabulous and the breakfast was wonderful. Can't complain on anything because my stay was perfect! The place at the top where the guests can do breakfast and relax is set up perfectly, nice colors, nice tables and chairs to stay from morning to night! The owners are really nice they let us try everything from local cuisine during breakfast and talked a bit about the neighbourhood. If in the future I'll be back in Lima this place will be my first, second and third option among the ones I tried on my last trip!

I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.

It's a very clean and lovely building in a great part of the city. I was only staying two nights, but the location allowed me to see a lot in a short period of time. Also, Duncan was very communicative and overall a really nice guy.

Perfect location, in the middle of the center. Despite this, the room was not noisy. Jose Antonio was very helpful. Water coffee tea options were nice. There was a microwave and a dining table in the common area where is very comfortble. Large bathroom, hot shower, comfortable bed. Fair price

地点非常好，旁边就是游客中心，可以参加免费市区游览。也可以乘坐机场大巴。对面的餐厅非常好当地人一直排长队。附近也有个大的超市。订了酒店的车去大巴站，手机丢在车上，酒店帮忙保管我四天后回程顺利取到。非常感谢。早餐也很好选择很多。

From the moment we arrived until we left we felt as though we were at home .Set high on the cliffs of Barranco Lima with a wide view out to the Pacific Ocean. Spacious quirky rooms decorated with paintings and sculptures crafted by the resident artist 95 year old Victor who is recognised nationally .His work is everywhere on the property. Two of his children run the business and are ready to help with anything and everything .Staff member Luis is second to none. He made our stay even more memorable . I would come back in a heartbeat
