Very clean and new, good parking, close to the beach, quiet, comfortable, equipment OK, with a balcony and view to the green area, very good looking, modern and well designed interior, including the apartment, corridors, stair case and the entry hall, NETFLIX, beach equipment available free, bicycles for rent (although lack of info about that).
