Great service! I was with my 8 moth old baby and, in addition to providing a crib as requested, they also made available a baby bath tub without me having to ask. They were also happy to accomodate our request for early check in, which was essential as we arrived at 7am. Also, room is great and spacious.

My experience at The Lumiares Hotel & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World was simply outstanding. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breathtaking view from the terrace overlooking the entire city made my stay particularly memorable. The rooms were quiet and created a relaxed atmosphere, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The hotel's location directly in the center was extremely convenient and allowed me to easily explore the surrounding attractions and the entire city on foot. Overall, The Lumiares Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay. I will definitely book the hotel again on my next visit. Luxurious, Beautiful view, Quiet, Technically well-equipped.

This hotel made my one night stay in Lisbon a complete delight. Since the moment I landed Bruno welcomed me at the airport and gave the nicest transfer to the hotel, with basically a free tour along the route. At the beautiful hotel receptionist was super nice and the staff gave a full property tour showing the stunning spaces this hotel has. The room was clean, gorgeously decorated, quiet, with everything you need. Throughout my short stay I enjoyed most of the spaces: the wine tasting (which is free for guests), the garden (cut out of a fantasy book), the library, the absolutely amazing breakfast that was accompanied by piano and violin and it was in a gorgeous space. Just amazing, so sad I couldn’t stay longer! Special thanks to the lovely Karla (I believe) who managed my short notice booking so well and to the wine tasting girl who I had a lovely chat with. And of course to Bruno who in my transfer back even helped me find the airline check in and the security line. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, I will be back for a longer stay!
