STOP your search for a hotel and book this one NOW ! This is the best possible place we could have ended up at in karon or all of Phuket! It is not far from the beach, the perfect short walk . This is a quiet, beautiful place with the most lovely people . PAUL at the front desk was the most pleasant person we met and was more than helpful in so many ways. When we would leave the hotel for the beach he gives us fresh towels to take every time. He gave us a beach mat for our whole stay. I wish I could have never left. Thank you Paul ! Also his painting are amazing throughout the property. 🙂 - Jake and Alison

One of the best locations in Karon!!! Incredible value for money. Ask for the room on the side, much better than front facing room as you have a view of the sea and palm trees from the balcony. Large room. It's fairly basic but the price is great and the location is unbeatable!

The room was very big. We had a balcony with a clothes horse to dry our wet clothes. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We had a fridge, kettle, and microwave in the room. The staff was nice. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay, the staff were so friendly, the villa clean pool was fantastic. We stayed as two families of 4 and the space was perfect. Short walk to the restaurants, a little restaurant next door, and markets at the temple 5mins walk away every Tuesday and Thursday. Nam is excellent, organised a birthday cake for us, helped with pre-stay questions and taxis. Nothing was ever a problem. Will definitely come back.

Andrew, the owner was very sincere, friendly and helpful at any time. His staff are also friendly and cleaned the apartment every day with a smile. Very good location as it is walking distance from the beach and almost every type of restaurant you can imagine. Great value for money. No doubt that I will stay here when I visit Karon again.

Best location. Restaurants, cafes, bars and 7/11 are just around the corner. At the same time very quite place at night. Few mins away from Karon beach. The room is clean and looks better than I expected. Internet is good for working remotely.
