Fantastic host, extremely quick in responding to messages, personable, we got to taste her mum's self-made plum wine on the rooftop, she even took us to the train station, when we asked for a taxi.. Stunningly designed home, close to night market and beach, very clean and comfortable room, lovely linen.

❤ very neat, tidy and clean even the kitchen ❤ smells so good and so refreshing when you enter the main door and the room itself ❤ complete bathroom amenities especially the towel, it's so soft ❤ and the most of all, the bidet. Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.

The host is nice and friendly. The property is just around the seaside and night market (walking distance). The room is superb and clean (shiny) with a comfortable smell. Value for money and worth it. Highly recommended and definitely will re-stay for the following visit to Hualien.

Location is near supermarket, night market, and morning market. Look like a peaceful and small town to stay for 1-2 nights before heading to Taroko Gorge. The room is spacious and clean. Host is friendly and helpful.

Clean, convenient, chill and hospitable. The room is as beautiful as the pictures on Booking, which amazed us a lot! There are QR codes offering some ideas about the local specialty. Equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave oven, fridges that are not only in the room but also in public space with ice cube, bottle openers and snacks.

We happened to stay there during the 2024 Hualien earthquake. The hosts were amazing and a source of great comfort to us and other guests. They went out to fill the fridge with drinks, fruits, snacks, etc, and were always available to answer any questions we had. They got breakfast for everyone. They called a taxi for us and given the road closures, walked us to the pick up point. They also checked in with us after we left to ensure we managed to catch the train. We liked the location of the property, which is near the beach and great for running. It is also close to the night market. Parking was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The tv also has streaming services. There is a bidet toilet. The property has a shared washing machine, and clean drinking water on the first floor. The hosts have an adorable dog called Ah Jiu, whom we loved. No complaints at all - while we wouldn’t wish an earthquake on anyone, we are so grateful we were staying at this accommodation when it happened.
