Everything! The house is beautiful, the neighbourhood is quiet. Several bus stops and capitol hill station of link lightrail in walking distance. Joelle and Ryan are perfect hosts. Their family is very welcoming. We spent 8 nights in the most economical room but still it was just simply amazing. The common areas are also nice. It was the best choice to book here and will come back for sure.

Marcus was WONDERFUL I spoke with him about a month before our visit he gave me great directions the condo was BEAUTIFUL great location. If you are flying in take the light rail to west lake station hop on the monorail to space needle from there you can walk or uber. In Seattle DO NOT MISS PINK DOOR. Such a wonderful host and comfortable, spacious setting. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Wonderful open lounge area with plenty of space to chill. Walking distance to most attractions with short uber rides when needed.

The location was brilliant; couldn't have been better! The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Very much delighted with the character of the apartment, much more welcoming and enjoyable than the average hotel room. This questionnaire stated that we requested a quiet room, but we did not. However, although our room was at the front of the building overlooking Mercer St., I wouldn't say it was quiet, but we found it interesting to experience the activity. It was not an issue during the night; may have been for a very light sleeper, but we weren't bothered by it despite the fact we had all the windows wide open. The only adverse issue was the pull-out couch in the living room, it was not terribly comfortable but neither was it unacceptable. We will not stay anywhere else next time! Overall absolutely thrilled to bits with our stay at the Mercer Furnished Apartments. THANK YOU! :)

Clean and comfortable. Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Host provided everything needed, from clean towels to cutlery to cleaning supplies. Perhaps because it's midterm season, but we didn't experience as much noise at night as expected. One thing I especially like was the bed-- it's so soft and the sheets are even softer than my own at home!
