I recently had the pleasure of staying in Lugano, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. Beautiful location, appartement had everything we could need, the arrival was easy and made so simple! The residence has key access so it's safe kids as well and has a pool and ping-pong tables as well.

The host was available for us to help solve some of our travel interruptions and difficulties. He was so understanding and helpful. He really put us at ease and was so considerate to our travel issues. When the European converters we brought didn't fit, he even loaned us some that fit! He even texted in at the end of our stay to make sure all was going well. We definitely would love to come back again. The garden and lake view was so peaceful and relaxing after a difficult train travel journery.

We didn't know before we booked but it is right at the beginning of the famous walk path between Castagnola and Gandria, which takes about 45 minutes one way. The host, Bernhard, was very pleasant, give us all the information we needed and responded to our questions almost immediately. Thank you 🥰
