Clean, comfortable and warm, even though it was less than 5 degrees Celsius outside (mix of wooden stove and electric heater). The view was breathtaking and the only sounds are the nearby river, the birds and the bells from sheep. The hosts were simply amazing and Ploy's Thai food is a must-get. Extra surprise: their playful dog, Luna :) Thank you so much Franz and Ploy for your hospitality! We will definitely come back again!

Lucerne is a 30-minute drive... kind helpfull staff, even though i asked many questions and had many concerns, the hostess Shakilla was very helpful with a smile on her face, also she has great english language, the kitchen is great (there is stove, pots, spices, coffee etc) and the greatest thing they have laundry service for 15£ for all your clothes!

The arrival to the facility, the garage place under the apartment and the procedures for check-in and check-out have been very easy and friendly and perfectly helpful for old people with difficulties to move. The location is also very near to important and interesting cities like Luzern, Zurich and Bern.
