My husband and I LOVE Palmetto Lodge the best from our stay in Costa Rica. The location was beautiful, and secluded, with an amazing view. The owners were so kind and inviting. They've worked so hard on their property and the work is 1000% reflected in their lodge. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything homemade. Their hospitality was the best.

46 km from Barra Honda National Park, Eco-Turismo Guayacanes is a recently renovated property situated in Sámara and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This is an amazing property with cute cabins and all the facilities. The pool was nicely kept. The fruit provided from the crop was extra special. All the staff was helpful. Great area but need a vehicle or taxi for access to Sámara. Such a peaceful place to stay. It was nice to hear that this was also funding support for the tree regrowth.

Located less than 1 km from Potrero Beach, LA QUEBRADA ECO LODGE Hotel Boutique offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. It was our first vacation in Costa Rica. Staying in Potrero was especially beautiful. At the La Quebrada Eco Lodge we loved to spend time at the pool, walk the short Distance to breathtaking beaches. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendliness of our hosts Carmen and Kristian enormously. Everything was exceptionally great.

Situated within less than 1 km of Potrero Beach and 2.3 km of Penca Beach, Villas Pura Vibra provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Potrero. Very nice villas, very clean, relaxing stay, breakfast available on order, there is also a bar by the pool, recommend to everyone, the owner are very friendly and welcoming, we enjoy every minute there. Casa del Sol provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Tamarindo, 100 metres from Tamarindo Beach. Everyhing, room, bathroom, garden, shared kitchen, garden shower when you came from the Beach. The water filter for drinking water was also very pleasant.

Located in Ocotal, Guesthouse Casa Avi Fauna offers an outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen. This homestay accommodation has air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, and free Wi-Fi. The property is owned by a Swiss couple who live onsite. It is extremely Covid safe. The wonderful outdoor kitchen is well stocked and each room has it's own set of dishes. It very well equipped and set in a beautiful garden poolside. and monkeys and beautiful birds watch you cook.. The hosts are multi lingual, gracious, friendly and very helpful. Sandra has an in home bakery with wonderful items that you may order. (Try the brioche or desserts) They are eco friendly. Patrick is an accomplised tour guide accredited by the Costa Rican government. They made our vacation incredible.
