I had a medical emergency in a remote place in CR after I had checked out. I was in urgent need of a medication and that was available in Uvita. The only person I knew was Gilberto and he arranged through his personal connection someone who delivered me a life saving medicine driving four hours on a bike in middle of a rainforest at midnight as the medication had to be administered same day!

This hotel is something else! I just wish we could have stayed there a few more nights or make the most out of the one we had.

The Sutton - Boutique Jungle Experience enjoys a location in Uvita, 1.4 miles from Hermosa Beach and 5 miles from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary. We had a wonderful stay at The Sutton. Aly and Cory are such kind and generous hosts. The cabin was spotlessly clean. There is a fantastic garden with many wild birds and a beautiful pool area. Playa Hermosa beach is a 5 minute drive away where you can see the most perfect sunsets. We sincerely recommend The Sutton and would love to stay there again in the future.

Apartments are big, cosy and clean. Parking is available without any extra fee. It's very close to the beach and some restaurants. Communication with the host is very easy. I highly recommend this place.

Demerito and Francesco are really nice and welcoming. The bungalows are very cute and in a quiet area of Uvita. The pool is refreshing and perfect after a day of activities! Madre Terra was the perfect place to start our holiday in Costa Rica. Grazie!
