The view from the room was perfect. It has water access and lounge chairs you can borrow to sit by the lake. It was in a central location, had a good breakfast and parking. Beautiful and clean room, with a lovely balcony overlooking Bodensee! Fantastic location, right on the water so I could run along the lake straight from the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and really accommodating - they prepared breakfast half an hour early for me as I had to check out early.

There is plenty of good lighting throughout the house and mostly good quality furniture. The best part is that you are very close to the water and to the Swiss border. Stein am Rhein is a beautiful medieval town withing walking distance.
