Set in Rovaniemi, 1 km from Arktikum Science Centre and 6.4 km from Santa Park, Otava offers air conditioning. This apartment offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Host was very responsive, they were responding to my questions immediately, and never hesitate to help in anything I request. The apartment is equipped with all the needed things. Sauna was an amazing addition in the apartment. It deserves the value we paid for it. The apartment is just two blocks a way from the center, and one block from the bus station that goes to Santa Claus and the airport. There is a nice coffee shop nearby, good for quick breakfast. There are many tours companies nearby as well. For Muslims, there is an Asian shop also few minutes away which provides Halal food, and the bathroom has Shattaf, which is not common to be found in properties in Europe.

Lovely cityhome is located in Rovaniemi, 6.5 km from Santa Park, 8 km from Santa Claus Village, as well as 8 km from Santa Claus Village - Main Post Office. The apartment was easy to find and centrally located (an easy 20-minutes walk from the Rovaniemi railway station and a 10-minutes walk from the bus station and supermarket). The check-in was easy and convenient and we appreciated the lockbox code being sent right after the cleaning was finished instead of being told to wait until the advertised 16:00. The apartment itself really was lovely :) it was tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you may need. It really felt like home and not a hostel, like so many rentals do. Fast wifi, a big screen tv, plenty of seating for a family of 4, all appliances we needed provided in the kitchen. The large bed was super comfy due to a nice memory foam mattress, there were plenty of pillows, and the duvets were warm and lovely. Blinds on all windows, heated floor in the bathroom. Owners very responsive and accommodating. We would come back without a hesitation!

The location was excellent just a few metres away from the city centre with great restaurants and cafes. We stayed only for a night, but it was a very comfortable stay. Also, the apartment has an elevator which was quite convenient.

Everything was just perfect the apartment was a great size for me and my 2 yr old daughter the kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom also had a sauna and a washing machine great communication in regards to collecting keys and 3 min walk to supermarket and main streets and bus stops would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely book again if am back in Lapland
