It is only 10 minutes away from the train station Monaco (elevators: 0 is up and 14 is down to the parking lot towards the train station) and from here only 15 minutes walking towards IAEA Environment Laboratories, Monaco (from terminals E-C down). Matthieu is a very helpful host and he will provide you with all useful information much in advance. If you have time, there is a huge tv to watch Netflix or your favorite program and feel like in cinema. I would definitely recommend it. It is perfect for a single person or a couple.
