600 metres from Calangute Beach, Cerca Del Mar is a recently renovated property situated in Calangute and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. What a little hidden gem !! We knew when we booked that we were going cheaper than some resorts in Goa and hoped we were not let down . We were not . This place is so well run by Salim and his team . It is so clean and from the moment we arrived from England we were made to feel comfortable and safe . The breakfast in the rooftop is perfect and the location to the beach is ideal . Salim gave us tips on where to go and booked us taxis when needed . If we come back to Goa again this is definitely the place I will be staying . Thank you Salim and Co , you have been great 👍

Superb stay at beautiful property only exceeded by the above and beyond service from the owner Wangdi. Could not have had a better host and look forward to coming back here in the future.

This was the 2nd hotel we moved to in Goa and we were very grateful for it. Big difference from where we came from. It’s very clean. The host is super professional, and the keeper Manuel was on point with providing us anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare.
