Megijima Island Guesthouse & cafe Megino enjoys a location in Takamatsu, 1.1 miles from Onigashima Cave and a 2-minute walk from Island Theatre Megi. The dinner and breakfast were superb. The guest house is located right on the beach. Satomi and Toto who run the guest house are really nice and very hospitable. It was actually my second stay there, so that says something!

Fully equipped kitchen, the bathtub with the ocean view round the offering. It is a great place to stay for a couple of nights when exploring the island -- for us the stay was way too short as it was just to stay over and get to the earliest ferry the next day, which is conveniently just 8 min drive away.

Located on the beachfront in Mitoyo, 瀬戸内ゲストハウス「タイヨウとうみ」 features a garden and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy sea views. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the property. Ayako is such a wonderful and lovely host. She welcomes you like family, and ensures that you are well taken care of. She gives great recommendations on what to do and eat in the vicinity. The nearby onsen is also affordable and luxurious with many different kinds of baths. She cooks the most delicious home style food, which is oh so comforting. One of the most enjoyable meals of my trip. She even offered Mandarin oranges which were grown in her garden (I hope she enjoyed the Kochi persimmon which I gifted her!). Haku (her dog) and cat are both friendly and adorable. The room is spacious, and the house is conveniently close to Chichibugahama beach so that you can watch the sunset/sunrise. If I visit the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here once more. Thank you for making me feel home while away from home! :)

Just a 6-minute walk from Naoshima Pavillion and half a mile from Sumiyoshi-taisha Temple, sana mane features accommodations in Naoshima, with a shared lounge. Very welcoming host. The room was clean and has all facilities we needed. The place is peaceful and the yard is very cosy, in the evening there was a campfire, very beautiful. We had dinner, it was bbq with different type of meat and some vegetables, we really enjoyed it! The breakfast was delicious and lovely.

Hoshi no sora in Shodoshima has a garden and a terrace. Built in 1975, renovated in July 2018, the property is within 4.3 mi of Twenty Four Eyes Movie Studio. It's a small and very cute guesthouse with extremely welcoming hosts. A short walk away from Setonohama beach for swimming, a short hike away from the beautiful Goishizan Temple and mountain and also easy to take the ferry from the Sakate port. The guesthouse has a very friendly and cozy atmosphere and you will be able to hang out with other guests easily. The breakfast was exceptional.

UOGASHI7070 Ocean View is located in Miyanoura. This property offers access to a balcony. This apartment with sea views features a bathroom with a bidet, shower and free toiletries. Amazing little apartment outside of miyanoura and in walking distance to Benesse art site. Perfect, very thoughtful service and stunning rooftop terrace, absolutely recommended! Very good bed and shared kitchen as well.

Boasting a seasonal outdoor pool and natural hot spring baths, Shodoshima International Hotel is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from a popular sightseeing spot Angel Road. The location of the property is excellent. Close to the pier and next to the Angel Road. The dinner and breakfast is very good with a fair price. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.
