The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

You have another beach passikuda 1km far, for l'ESS rhan one dollar yiu can go by tuk yuk or by walk of not hot, and it is calm et very popular.

It was super clean, fast WiFi, shared fridge - the hosts are super friendly and full of information. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had breakfast there and it was delicious..Highly recommended!

This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat with great value for money.

The first impressions were great and one of the most calm and relaxing places I have been to. The place is full with great hospitality and they were so nice and accommodating. One of the best beaches in Sri Lanka and the beach is just near to the Villa. Very much affordable rates and it’s worth to the amount you pay.

Fantastic large town house set in beautiful gardens and very clean. Good size bedroom with fan. Large shower room. Good kitchen with kettle stove utensils and large fridge. Two minute walk to beach and shop next door. Was a great place to relax for two days. Host was very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend and great value for money

DERO BEACH HOLIDAY HOME ligger i Batticaloa og har have og restaurant. Ejendommen ligger 200 m fra Kallady Strand, 2,3 km fra Batticaloa Station og 3,5 km fra Dutch Fort Batticaloa. Excellent host very friendly and helpful left a pair of classes in the room and he organised a curia for them to be sent to me 5 hours away

Extremely clean room. Brand new mosquito nets. Lovely balcony. Delicious veg omelette for breakfast. Free bicycles to use to explore. Few mins away from Pasidukah and Kalkudah beaches. Family run hotel, Runi (main guy, owner) is a very kind and humble man. Always wanting to help us with anything we needed and brought us hot coffee in the mornings. Little shop very close by, a hopper man sets up his stall just outside in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay :)
