I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Beach Bungalow Yala er en nyrenoveret campingplads, som ligger i Kirinda, få skridt fra Kirinda Strand. Der er privat strandområde og havudsigt. We could go for hours talking about Beach Bungalow Yala and especially its people. babu, Roshan and the team are the best people we met in Srilanka and probably in the world. They are kind, generous, genuine, sweet, smiling all the time. The stay was unforgettable in everything, the place itself is heaven on earth, the food is wonderful, the beach, the dogs, the cats… and again what made everything special was the energy of the people. We will never forget them in our entire life and we are coming again to stay here and to visit them.

Kingfisher Beach Resort Yala ligger i Kirinda, tæt på Nidangala Strand og 500 m fra Kirinda Strand. Der er balkon med udsigt til haven, have og bar. Beautiful house in a divine environment, you just hear the sound of the waves and the peacocks! Shehan the owner is super super nice and he became a friend he is a warm and giving host and a wonderful cook!

Amawin Resort ligger i Hambantota, under 45 km fra Hummanaya Blow Hole og 31 km fra Bundala Bird Sanctuary. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. The owner was simply amazing and his hospitality was at a level above the rest the rooms were clean and the owner tended to all small and big needs of ours. The special touch given by him of curd and treacle was amazing service of this quality is very rare and should be appreciated

Treasure Rock ligger i Kirinda, nær Nidangala Strand, Kirinda Strand og Kirinda-templet. Der er fælles opholdsstue. Der er restaurant på stedet, gratis privat parkering og gratis wi-fi. I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!
