Everything about Lena Homestay was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

We arrived at 5am and they let us chill out in the reception area where we had a quick snooze & they had our room ready by 7:30am. They are dropped us to our bus the morning we were leaving

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with ATM and minimart across the road and bakery next door.

The homestay is just at the iconic dolphin statue. The room has a beautiful view of river from the room. The terrace has a beautiful sit out place with view of the river and the city. I could use my card for payment.

Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar etwas außerhalb des Ortes aber für uns war es genau das Richtige. In der Unterkunft konnten sie uns einen Scooter organisieren und so waren wir schnell beim nächsten Café oder Restaurant. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und die Dusche war auch wunderbar. Der Blick auf den Fluss und den Berg ist überwältigend. Wir hatten das Glück das Eck-Zimmer zu bekommen und hatten so auch vom Bett aus eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben 2 Nächte verlängert.

This place is beautiful in every way. The care taken to create a beautiful space that feels restful the moment you arrive. Rene & his beautiful wife are perfect hosts,very welcoming and kind and helpful with any further travel. The food was so fresh and tastey with herbs and vegetables from their garden. We used the bikes available to cycle around this beautiful countryside. The pool and views are beautiful. It truly is somewhere to just be even if you have no plans. We loved it here! Just wish we had longer.
