This stay at Maggie May exceeded our expectations by far, beautiful sights, lovely people an authentic and rustic experience and a first if you have not experienced life on the water but always wondered. This place will knock your socks of. Well done Maggie May and thank you for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Addo River-View Lodge offers accommodation in Colchester, 38 km from Port Elizabeth. This holiday home offers free WiFi and free private parking is available on site. The location of the property was perfect! We were going to the Addo Elephant Reserve and the property is a 5-minute drive from the south gate. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host, Leanne. She was incredibly informative about the park and the local area. She recommended a local restaurant that served delicious food and gave us information about local facilities. She gave us a tour around the property to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The property was incredibly clean and well-presented throughout. It is light (large windows) and airy. The veranda overlooking the river was one of our favourite places to sit. We watched the sun rise and set over the Addo River and we watched a pair of Mongoose playing in the field behind the house. We took a stroll down to the river and watched life go by from the pier. The bedding/towels/soft furnishing etc. was immaculate and the beds were sensationally comfortable. The bathroom facilities were top-notch (hot water & good water pressure). We also appreciated the fact that the car parking was undercover, so our vehicle was constantly in the shade. A cool car in November in South Africa is a definite blessing. We did not use the pool, but it was lovely, clean and private. We loved our stay and would recommend this excellent property very highly. Thanks, Leanne for making our stay as perfect as it was.

Situated on the banks of the Sundays River, Sundune Guest House offers a garden with terrace . There is also a shared lounge. Very good location not only for Addo, but Colchester also offers all sorts of other activities. Apartment itself super clean, breakfast very good and everyone very friendly and helpful.

Happy Jackal is conveniently located 2 km from the South Gate to Addo National Park. This guest house features an outdoor pool and the spacious rooms come with satellite TV, and a refrigerator. Amazing location, great combo of accommodation and guided tour. Beautiful view, friendly staff.

Situated just 39 km from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, 10 on Aquavista Addo River Apartment features accommodation in Colchester with access to water sports facilities, a garden, as well as bicycle... The cottage was cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The gate for the Addo Nationalpark is just a view minutes driving. We had a really nice stay there and enjoyed it a lot.

Highly recommended. 👍
