Great rooms, free parking and the included breakfast was better than in most 4 star Hotels. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We arrived quite late and normally the restaurant kitchen was already closing but we still got a nice Meal for dinner. We will come again....

The house is very comfortable and perfectly located, especially for guests bringing their bikes to cycle on the Diamant Route, probably one of the nicest in Belgium (along bucolic meanders of the Nete river), or willing to do it by foot. The area is charming and not far from the amazing historical city of Lier and the cute village of Gestel. Room and bathrooms are perfect and we enjoyed swimming at the sunny pool after our biking day. Our hosts were highly welcoming and breakfast was gorgeous. We strongly recommend this B&B and will return.

The room was separate from main house and was so clean and comfortable It was decorated to a top standard and i couldnt fault it in any way and i loved how the room was sectioned off, from living room to bedroom - very clever design and very modern I will certainly be staying there again and will recommend to others

When I first arrived, I didn't know what to expect, on my Satnav it was sending me in the middle of nowhere, I thought this can't be right, how wrong i was, it was Picture Perfect in the middle of Farmland. I could imagine it would be lovely in the Summer Months rather than the Winter Months, can't wait to visit again. My Hosts Peter & Ilse, made me welcome from the start, even though I was the only guest that night, by the time I came down for breakfast i was shocked by the amount that was laid on for me, I didn't expect that.

Many thanks to our hosts for making us feel at home, for the warm hospitality and delicious breakfast. The mansion cottage is perfectly modern and comfortable, while creating a story-worthy setting with charm and personality galore. The yard is private, sunny and quiet, a playground or garden retreat. And the family is lovely, respecting the full privacy of the guests while making us feel very welcome and pampered. An all-round perfect stay.
