Excellent stay. The rooms were really clean and its only a few minutes drive from either of the National Park entrances. We used the Entrance 2 which was a 3-4 minutes drive. Great Breakfast. They also take special requests for breakfast. The owner was really welcoming and also guided us through the national park’s best locations and trails.

We are so happy we stayed here! The property is a 12 minute walk from the Jezerce bus stop (1.5 hours from Zadar via Flixbus). Plitvice Lakes, entrance 2, is a 40 minute walk and there is a market that takes 20 minutes to walk to (we were fine without a car). The room is beautiful and immaculate with nice design features. The breakfast includes breads, cheeses, salami, cereal, fruits, yogurts and freshly made to order omelettes! We ate until we were full and prepared for a full day of hiking in the national park! The family that owns the property is so welcoming and friendly. They made a special night for us when they learned it was one of our birthdays.

Very cozy rooms, clean and neat. Host were extremely friendly and attentive. Weather was a bit cold for the season, but hosts quickly provided heater. Set for coffee and tea preparation in room.

The room and amenities are in par with a 5 star hotel but to make it even better you get the personalized treatment of a real boutique hotel! We ask Nina, our host, if she could prepare us a vegan dinner and not only she was happy to accommodate us but also surprised us with an excellent meal. Also breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this property. A perfect combination to enjoy Plitvice NP.
