Don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop, it was amazing to have breakfast with sunshine! Also, the private tour with Imrane was extremely good and relaxing. Tangier was a spontaneous choice and I am so glad I chose this property. I had the room with the balcony and view of the old medina which I was very pleased with. The property is beautiful and perfectly located. Loved the interiors and stories behind the neighbourhood and some of the pieces in the property. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, it was incredible. But the star of the show for me was Muhammed, wonderful man who made sure I was taken care of as a solo traveler.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with so much kindness and warmth from the family who owns Zoco. They invited us to join their (delicious) lunch, and offered us many cool suggestions for where to visit, what to see, and experience in Tangier. They decorated our room with roses and a hand written note celebrating mine and my husbands one year together which was awesome because even I forgot that I mentioned that while booking the stay. Then they started to go above and beyond with their kindness by getting us a heart shaped cake that they surprised us with that read Happy Anniversary, and even were playing Ed Sherin love songs while we ate it. They kept going above and beyond time and time again with asking us if we'd like to go for a drive to the beach, setting us up with our breakfast on the roof, allowing us to change rooms just to see what the vibe of another room was like - I mean it really felt like a Moroccan family home that we were honored to be a part of. We are so in love with this Riad and this location. We can't wait to go back and see our Zoco Riad family!
