Amazing little place with a wonderful host. Great location right next to a lake and very close to the Hepoköngas Waterfall and Hiking area. Breakfast was also very good with a large selection. 10/10 - Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area

The location was stunning and the facilities are beautiful. The sauna next to the lake was great; there are lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the lake and scenery. The food is good and the hosts are wonderful.

We were company of 9 people and stayed in yellow house, which is beaitiful, spacious, beds comfortable,clean. Breakfast very tasty and wide varity of food.

Great location not far from Savonlinna and in the famous Kerimäki village. I was really impressed with both exterior and interior of the hotel. Even in-door and on-window locks look authentically. The breakfast is tasty and provides a variety of meals typical for such kind of facilities. Room was clean and well served for me at the moment of arrival. I've noticed the hotel is quite popular as there was a noticeable number of quests There is a number of POI in there, first of all, the Kerimäki kirkko. It definitely worth to visit

Wanha Neuvola Questhouse was originally built in 1948, and freshly renovated in 2014. This guest house is located in the Pieksämäki town centre and offers free WiFi and parking to guests. フィンランドの木造の建物。各部屋に名前がついてるので由来を教えてもらえた。室内に洗面台のある、3人以上泊まれる大部屋に案内された。地下にセルフサウナあり、着いてから予約できた。いい感じの共有スペースあり、簡単な自炊もできそう。冷蔵庫を使う事ができる。忘れ物を取りに行ったときも、快く対応してくださった。 町には他の宿泊所がみつからないためここに泊った。大きな市にはホテルが多いが、小さい町でのこういう建物での宿泊は興味深い体験になると思う。夏なら湖にも気軽に行ける。

Located by Lake Onkivesi, 12 km from Alapitkä, is the Jokiniemen Matkailu guesthouse. We loved that our room in this cosy B&B had a stunning lake view, a patio to enjoy it from and a very nice and modern bathroom. No noise and a lot of nature. Friendly owners. We hope to come back some time.
