Great pleasure to stay at this farm - wonderfull location, great hospitality by the landlady and history coming hand in hand with perfect comfort! Will dream of coming back again one day🙂

Set on an organic farm, Guesthouse Kumpunen is 1 km from the UNESCO-listed Petäjävesi Church. It offers all year round accommodation with swimming possible at Lake Kirrinjärvi, 60 metres away. Amamzin countryside stay. We rented two rooms for half a week. Hanni and Juha are wonderful hosts.

Bear Manor B&B is situated in Kannonkoski. Boasting a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. A lovely old wooden house, very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Good location next to the Pyhä-Häkki National Park. Friedly couple running the place and good food using local products and wild herbs.

Set in Petäjävesi, 33 km from LähiTapiola Areena, Farmholiday Kumpunen offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We loved the peace and quiet of this accommodation in the beautiful Finnish countryside, as well as the delicious breakfast with traditional Finnish choices (slightly different every day and with allergies taken into account). The hosts were super friendly, and we also enjoyed interacting with the animals at the farm (Piki the dog and some sheep). Being able to use the bikes and the sauna whenever we wanted was very convenient.

Facing the beachfront, Karkausmäen Kammari offers 3-star accommodation in Kinnula and features a garden, shared lounge and terrace. I made a fire outside it was so peaceful I havent had that kind of calm in a long time if you wanna get away from life and be in solitude this is your place

This countryside guest house is situated by Lake Katajajärvi, a 15-minute drive from central Saarijärvi. Everything. Lovely couple hosting the place with excellent language skills to cater the foreign guests as well. Wonderful sauna, beautiful rooms decorated with taste, great food… next time we’ll book more in advance to get a spot on the horse riding excursion too.

Situated by Lake Poskijärvi, the eco-friendly Kinkamon Pirtti offers cottages with a private kitchen. Parking is free on site. Keuruu town centre is a 10-minute drive away.

Situated in Suolahti, 47 km from Jyvaskyla Bus Station, Vanha Koulu features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Although the facility was not brand new, it was super clean and cozy. The staff was very nice. We were also offered some ice cream :).

Situated next to the Kuusankoski Canal, Varjola Holiday Center is 7 km north of Laukaa. It provides rooms, suites and villas, a restaurant and a garden. WiFi and parking are free. If you need to be thereabouts, it is an excellent choice.

Boasting lake views, Lamminmäen Juhla ja Peti offers accommodation with terrace, around 30 km from Hartola Golf. Highly welcoming and sensitive host! Just one minute from the main road 4 and you can feel the traditinal Finnish farm house athmosphere. A lovely small lake on the property to swim and fish.
