Set in Hampton Bays and only 1.6 km from Meschutt Beach, Aria & Mare Hamptons offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This beautiful, well located place is a true gem. Everything starting from the welcoming arrival and our departure was so perfect that it is hard to imagine anything more than what we had. There was also a personal touch that you rarely meet with. The almost 100 years old house as such is is already an experience, not to mention the abundant fresh breakfast. Instead of one day, we could have stayed for one week... Highly recommend this place, you will not get disappointed!

Boasting a patio with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, The 1708 House can be found in Southampton, close to Gin Beach and 2.3 km from Cryder Beach. Location is perfect as it is nestled along the main street. We could walk to most places easily. We took the LIRR and took an Uber to 1708; we got Ubers almost immediately. The property is extremely charming and so lovely; it is like stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to take a break after the hustle and bustle of NYC. We stayed in the cottage and were very happy with the amenities within it. Breakfast is amazing; John is so cheerful and friendly and his food is incredible! Great start to our days. The kitchen is also open to guests so we were able to get drinks and snacks even after hours. That is a great convenience to us as well. I would highly recommend 1708 to anyone visiting Southampton for the first time.

Featuring quiet street views, Sherman Inn is situated in Ogdensburg, around 48 km from SUNY Potsdam. It is located 46 km from Clarkson University and features a shared kitchen. This is an actual school converted into a B&B, and each classroom is now a room, resulting in huge, and finely decorated, hotel rooms. Kids also have a huge playroom and a swimming pool to play in.

Set in Brooklyn in the New York region, A and FayeBed and Breakfast, Inc, features a terrace. Excellent! The B&B is easy to get to from the airport by road and around a 7 minute walk to the nearest Subway station -Church Avenue. Mr Phil and Ms Faye (I call them Mr & Ms out of respect) are such a lovely welcoming couple. Mr Phil is full of wisdom and is a great conversationalist which was really lovely for me because I was alone on this trip so it was nice to have someone to talk to. My room and bathroom were impeccably clean and very, very spacious. I've stayed in many hotels in NYC and none of the rooms/bathrooms were as large as these. I had a fully stocked bathroom with a plethora of full-sized toiletries including make up removal wipes which were a nice touch. I also had lovely robes and towels provided. The free breakfast was delicious every day and made fresh for me when I came down to eat each morning. I ate alone most days and the grand dining table was laid out so beautifully for me every day, I felt like a Queen! On my last day I was joined by a couple of other people for breakfast and we were treated to a traditional Trinidadian breakfast and Mr Phil playing the steel pan while we ate. I had an amazing stay and I felt very comfortable especially as a solo Black woman. I highly recommend A & Faye Bed and Breakfast.

The Springwater Bed and Breakfast in Saratoga Springs provides adults-only accommodation with a fitness centre, a bar and a shared lounge. The building is well designed and charming in style and appointments. Every detail is well though out. Breakfast is exquisitely done. I have never been more pleased with an accommodation.

Set within 1.9 km of Cornell University and 3.5 km of Ithaca College, William Henry Miller Inn offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ithaca. A charming old house. Brilliantly well maintained, tastefully decorated wigh loving hands. Location is perfect - near restaurants, coffee and bars; 10 min. walk to Ithaca falls, 20 to Cornell. Good English breakfast.

Boasting a garden and views of lake, Hudson Manor Bed & Breakfast is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Watkins Glen, 32 km from Glenn H Curtiss Museum. Breakfast was perfect - Dining with the other guests made it really special, talking about our days ahead, and getting to know people from all around the States, as well as the hosts. Watkins Glen, and Lake Seneca - are excellent places - Wineries, Breweries, boat ride, as well as hiking on the trails kept us busy during our stay. Really enjoyable stay

Set in Camillus, 17 km from Rosamond Gifford Zoo at Burnet Park, Nightshade Inn & Gardens offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The room was very clean and comfy and the owner was super friendly and helpful. We appreciated the fresh fruit and bottled water in the room, as well the fruit, coffee and mini pastries in the lobby in the morning. We definitely recommend Nightshade Inn & Gardens! Thanks again for the nice stay!

Situated in Cooperstown, within less than 1 km of Doubleday Field and a 11-minute walk of Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with a terrace as well as free... The property was neat and clean. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. lastly it was near where we needed to be.
