The Location ist perfect, the River is very closed and perfect for cool down. The rooms ist very big With terracce, Outdoor Kitchen. Everything ist very Clean and new. Unfortunely we stay one nicht there before we fly Back at Home.

This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

Lovely house in the middle of nature, we felt like part of the family. We were surrounded with wildlife (recommend the frog tour with Wendy) and had a very nice walk to a great waterfall nearby!

The hostel is situated in a perfect location in the village center. Situated a 80 meters from the main road, so very quiet. Supermarket, bakery, Best Coffee and the company for booking rafting and other tours are at walking distance. In the morning you can hike opposite of the road to the nature reserve for birdwatching; and there are so many species of birds! In the afternoon you can walk to the river and have a swim or dip in to it to cool off. I booked a private room with private bathroom and the rooms are very big, so you can stay with 4 persons. The hostel has a lovely view, expect Ara's and many multicolored birds in the backyard snacking from the banana's. The owner Maria is so warm and friendly, and there are 2 lovely dogs who want to be friends with you as soon as you arrive. The facilities in the kitchen are very good. Everything is super clean and tidy, value for money is superb!

Alex the owner and his family look after you. There is an on-site rafting company.it has good access to local parks.

Very clean and cute property. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is also close to a restaurant we enjoyed very much called Rusti Ticos!
