It was as if we were gently immersed in the entourage of fairy tales by the brothers Grimm :) The hotel is in an authentic building, elegantly furnished and decorated in vintage style, everything looks appropriate and cozy. The apartment we had was clean and comfortable. We found the bed very comfortable, maybe a bit too firm for some. The apartment is part of a mill complex and is family run. The place was so peaceful and who doesn’t want to fall asleep to the glorious sound of running water! The location was perfect, easy to park there and walk up in to Rothenburg, it is uphill but we are in our seventies and managed it with comparative ease in about 10 minutes. Parts of the mill are very old and the history of the place was visible in the buildings. The family who own the place were lovely and friendly and very welcoming. We felt the apartment was excellent value for money, we have stayed in similar places in the English Lake District but at three times the cost. Highly recommended!

Stunning stunning stunning apartment on Rödergasse. 3rd floor apartment we had to ourselves with a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Location was perfect and beautiful, you could see the iconic tower by just leaning out the livingroom window. Stunningly decorated, I felt right at home and comfortable. Amazingly clean. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful attic apartment with everything we need. Parking as well as key collection were seamless as Jen gave us clear instruction. Breakfast was delicious. The town is pretty small and we could easily walk around from the apartment. Very quiet location and we slept really well.
