Sijainti:lyhyt matka tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin. Sisustuksessa on mietitty tosi tarkkaan mitä asiakas tarvitsee missäkin kohtaa huonetta. Ikkunoissa oli läpikuultavat rullaverhot ja pimennysverhot. Huonekalut oli modernit, ruoanvalmistus-ja tarjoiluastiat samoin ja niitä oli riittävästi. Mikro, kapselikahvinkeitin ja leivänpaahdin löytyi myös kuin myös silityslauta .Käytävällä oli pieni huone jossa oli kaksi pyykinpesukonetta ja josta sai hakea esim.silitysraudan tai puhdistusaineita. Huoneessa oli valmiina tiskiaine + -välineet, kahvia,sokeria ja teepusseja. Kylpyhuoneessa oli hyvin laskutilaa ja tilava suihku. Huoneessa oli myös erittäin toimiva valaistus. Esim.kylppärissä oli kirkas meikkausvalo erikseen. Yllätyimme myös siitä kun meille tarjottiin kesken kaiken tilavampaa huonetta samaan hintaan!
