The room was very nice, spacious and very clean. It was facing the sea, only 10 metres from the beach. The bathroom was great and very clean. Parking was right in front of the door. The landlord, Stuart, is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips for dinner and draw us a very useful map how to get to the Channel Tunnel. The breakfast he prepared for us was the best we had in over a week in England. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to anybody. If we come back to Folkstone we will definitely stay there again! Many thanks Stuart!

It’s a nice quiet area and all the facilities were brilliant. the hosts were great, they left us contact numbers and a booklet to help us if we had any problems with anything. It’s a beautiful little holiday home, very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
