The room was big and freshly renovated, with a clean bathroom attached to it. The owner of the hotel was wonderful, providing me with all the necessary information on my stay in Borjomi. There was also a balcony available to the guests, with a stunning view on the mountains. I work from my laptop, so I also appreciated the great internet connection on the premises of the hotel.

Good hospitality by the grandmom who treated as a family and loving took care of us. She ensured comfort for us and was emotionally bonded, even tough she spoke in native language but was able to communicate easily. Room was very spacious, neat and well equipped with all facilities.
