We absolutely loved it! The apartment was not only cozy and clean but also well-designed, mixing old & new. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are thoughtful little touches such as wine/beer to buy. It was not just a stay, however, it was an experience. The place has lots of history and the personal encounter with our host Gísli made our stay all the more special. He shared plenty of interesting knowledge about the history of the place, things to do in the area, etc. Couldn't have wished for a better experience! Thank you, Gísli!

Great location, clean room, wonderful hostess. High level of the comfort and cleanliness. Our stay was very comfortable and wonderful. Very nice spacious and clean bungalow, right in the centre. The owners offer a private horse tour wish is really fun! Modern cottage with new utilities. Also private parking, everything is very well explained. Thank you for excellent stay and recommendation for best fish restaurant in Iceland !!!

The location was beautiful and so peaceful! The town is very cute, and Ísafjörður is very close for shopping and restaurants. The apartment was spacious yet cozy, and had all the amenities you could need. It was easy to find the house and retrieve the key, and the owner was very friendly and responsive.

The most beautiful accommodation I have been to in Iceland. You can find books about puffins, relief, flora and fauna of Iceland. There are also games and multiple paintings with birds. It does not seem to be an accommodation, but a home in which the owners have put their soul. the location is gorgeous, it reminds me of the Lofoten islands. unfortunately it is not open in winter because there is a risk of avalanche, but you can catch the snow, as we did in the first days of October. I love the simplicity and Nordic influences of this place!
