The room was modern and spacious. The location is quiet, in the middle of vineyards but only 30 minute walk to the centre of Lazise. Breakfast was delicious. The wine from Elisa was lovely too. Would 100% recommend.

every room has its own parkingspot as well as sunbeds/umbrella/table at the pool, so you can sleep late and actually enjoy the great breakfast they serve. Alberto and Alessia are great hosts and very helpful. They only have a few rooms which makes it a quiet and relaxing place. The pool area is perfect ! The rooms, we had room 109 which is an apartment, are nicely designed and the beds were super comfortable ! Airco works well and is quiet. There is a huge terrace that belongs to the apartment. There are restaurants in the area but you will need transportation to get there. Lazise has everything including an overflow of tourism but there are lots of nice restaurants/bars/beaches around.
