Easy to find and to access the property. We were given excellent instructions on accessing, finding the key, and locating our beautiful room. There was a welcome fruit plate in the small refrigerator with fruit juice, Sanbitter, water, and even a lovely bottle of Proseco! The room was nicely decorated with modern facilities. Mauro, came by and welcomed us personally and we appreciated that.

The room overlooked the temple of Apollo, the view was great! The location cannot be better! If you are looking for a place to explore Ortigia/Syracuse. Beautiful and unique small property with just 3 bedrooms. Super personal experience thanks to the lovely owner Stefania, something you can experience in so many places in Sicily. Our room was attached to the terrace where breakfast is served in the morning in the sun, so we could literally walk to the breakfast table from our room. Interesting art work and personality in the property. Clearly they spent a lot of money on the equipment and detail!

The place is very cozy, comfortable and clean and Marilena had taken great care of us, making sure we have enough water, coffee and breakfast items. Even if we never met, she was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious and private and very well-equipped, including a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.) and a washing machine.
