Everything is new, comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, there's parking, there's reliable internet, the rooms and bathrooms are quite well soundproofed, you are close to the beach and not very far from the old town. We only stayed one night but loved everything about this place: our room was spotless, spacious and well thought out, the area is beautiful and the sea is only a few minutes away (we met boars on our afternoon walk to the beach, and a fox later in the evening, on our way back from a lovely restaurant), the breakfast was delicious and Gianluca, the manager, was extremely friendly and kind. The only reason we did not stay longer is that we had to attend a wedding further south! :D
