I seriously cannot speak highly enough of this camp and the family that runs it. They are so welcoming, so kind, and truly do everything they can to take care of you and make sure that you have a good experience. We only stayed for one night, but I wish I had the time to have stayed for more just to get to spend time in the culture.

sleeping in the middle of the desert was a truly unique experience, and the camp exceeded our expectations: the tent was cozy (we even got a better room with a view for free!) the staff was helpful and friendly and the jeep tour was also worth every JOD.

This place is out of this world, the tents are beautiful, big and very well equipped. Located in the middle of the Wadi Rum desert with red sands which makes you feel like you are staying in Mars. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, the food was delicious and the dining room is beautiful, built directly into the stone. A really special experience, we are very happy with out stay!

I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

He offered some additional services that we booked on site like a pick-up from Aqaba, a 4 hour desert tour with a jeep and traditional bedouin dinner (all optional and no must, of course but we loved it!!). Breakfast was also delicious and we loved our overall stay a lot and will be happy to come back. :)
