The hotel is in a beautiful location, it's very quiet and the view from my room was stunning. It was easy to reach from the train station (I was travelling without a car), only a short walk of about 10min. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service really is excellent even if they say that not all of them speak English very well. The room is spacious and has a nice tatami area. The private onsen is small and the room a bit dark but it was still a nice experience. I really enjoyed the open air onsen though. It was my first experience in an onsen and I loved it. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is a fantastic place to relax and slow down a little.

The staff were excellent and after I checked out it was raining so the very smartly dressed man behind the desk helped me by giving me the bus timetable and even took me to the bus stop I needed to go! The food was delicious both dinner and breakfast and VERY enjoyed both the Indoor bath and Outdoor bath in the villa!! What a wonderful stay! 🥰 Thank you so much!
