Staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect and easily reachable with public transport (they do offer a pickup from Noboribetsu station). The room was cozy, clean and quiet. Dinner and breakfast was delicous and beautifully presented. The onsen was amazing!

Room is clean and spacious. Location is accessible with the Donan bus running from Noboribetsu station and is at a walkable distance to Jigokudani and Oyunuma Lake. Dinner (Kaiseki style) was very sumptuous and generous. My favourite part though was the onsen, it was very relaxing, calming and great for healing. I had very tense muscles from walking long distances the previous days and during my stay, thanks to the bath, my muscles managed to relax a lot.
