Kushana was an amazing host. The property was super nice. Room had everything we needed. It was super clean and the balcony was amazing. We also eat the breakfasts and dinners at the stay and everything was delicious. Kushana also came to pick us up and drop us at the train station. We also did a tour for us and it was really great. Jaga and his lovely family are great hosts and very welcoming. You will feel right at home! The house is a bit of a climb from the town, but you get rewarded with a great view and you can even see the Buddha statue from the terrace. They serve great breakfast and dinner in case you are to lazy to go into town, and are ready for recommendations of what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again!! Big thanks to the family for making my stay in Kandy so pleasant :)

We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.
