The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location was very central to all the activities and sights in the area we were interested in. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The view is so peaceful and we really enjoyed the river view and watching people fish in the morning and evening. The apartment was well appointed with every appliance we needed - including a washing machine. We had a wonderful stay and the owner was very helpful and kind.

This was our favorite place that we stayed on our vacation in Norway. I thought I had reserved one of the cabins in their photo, but I had not. We had one of the two duplexes they call the chalet. This is right on the river so you hear the water all night. This cabin had one bedroom with a comfortable sofa and full kitchen. The bonus for us was that the camp had a washer and dryer so we could do a tub of fresh cloths. I would have booked more nights if I would have known how much we liked this camp. There is a nice paved walkway into Aurland that takes 15 minutes to town.

They offered a nice breakfast each morning along with coffee/tea in the main reception area at all hours. The location is in the perfect spot for taking day trips to Flam, driving up the mountain or just walking around the small village. The hotel is in the heart of some of the most spectacular views of the fjord. The host was really nice, and the apartment was beautiful, well maintained and had all the amenities required for a short comfortable stay. Note that the SPAR outlet in Aurland (~ 5-6 mins drive) closes by 8pm if you need to pick up groceries.
