It is all you need for the city break or short work trip stay possibly. Rooms are bigger than what they appear on the pictures posted. Opposite to what you usually get, which is a nice surprise. With ready to use and fully functional kitchen, it gives you an option to cook your own meal. Plates, bowls, cutlery, pans, and kitchen knives with cutting boards provided plus tea and coffee in there. Tea towels as well, which makes it feel homely. If you choose not to use any of these, there are many close by restaurants, takeaways, and breakfast coffee places just a few minutes' walk around the corner. It is perfectly located in the centre of Kutno which gives you easy access to both local shops and transport to nearby cities and other attractions such as historic buildings etc. Clean sets of towels as a standard but worth mentioning since I had a few people asking me if I need a towel. Hairdryer was a nice surprise. Washing machine with german settings but easy enough to get the right program for a quick refresh of your clothes. Shower gel and shampoo are there. Great price for what you get. You walk in, and it's ready to use/sleep/shower/fry some breakfast or dinner. Great communication with the owner, too. Friendly and easy going. You get to relax as if you're at home. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kutno.

The apartment was quite big and cosy, it had everything we needed. It is located near the city centre so it was quite easy to shop. We enjoyed the big TV and nice bath. Beautiful place, a quiet neighbourhood which also made us feel safe.

Apartment is new, building is still under construction, but apartment is nice looking and comfortable. TV is included in main room, bathroom is nice looking, spacious with all necessary things. Bedrooms are nice.

I was at the property with two cats and they felt comfortable at once. I liked the bed, there was also a spacious closet in the room. The bathroom was pretty fancy and stylish. As I work remotely and rely on stable wifi - a good internet connection is an advantage for this property. Air conditioner was something I also enjoyed. There is a shared kitchen you can use for free(it was a nice surprise, I didn't know that). You can also find 2 washing machines and an iron there so, technically, the hotel is suitable for long term stays. Great location, free parking lots just next to the hotel, cozy cafes nearby.
